Senior Consultant, Learning Operations Managed Services

About the role

Deloitte’s Learning Business Process as a Service (LBPaaS) helps enterprises run and continuously improve learning programs through managed services, technology, and global delivery. As a Senior Consultant you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of managed learning operations for large enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support transition and ongoing delivery of learning administration, content development, reporting, vendor management and service‑performance activities.
• Execute delivery plans, maintain operational documentation, status reports, issue logs and action trackers for assigned client workstreams.
• Analyze service‑level, quality, volume and learner data to identify issues and recommend process improvements.
• Apply AI, automation and learning technologies to improve content workflows, administration processes, reporting and service quality.
• Coordinate activities among client stakeholders, global delivery teams, technology providers and Deloitte teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience delivering learning operations or managed services.
• 2+ years in a consulting or client‑service environment and experience with enterprise learning administration, content development or vendor management.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience applying AI or automation to learning operations.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms.
• Ability to analyze service‑level and learner data for process improvement.
