Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contractor)

About the role

YETI is seeking a highly organized, people‑first Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its high‑volume recruiting operations. In this contractor role you will be the backbone of the candidate experience, handling interview scheduling, logistics and day‑of coordination to ensure a smooth process for candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end interview scheduling (phone, video, on‑site) for grade 9 and below roles, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain a scheduling workbook as the single source of truth, tracking all interview details with precision.
• Manage multiple calendars, coordinate office tours, welcome on‑site visitors and arrange interview‑day lunches.
• Organize candidate travel, process reimbursements and expense reports promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, communicating proactively throughout the hiring journey.
• Support growth initiatives and broader talent acquisition programs as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition or HR support.
• High sense of urgency, strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday or Greenhouse.
