About the role
The Global Category Manager – Human Capital Services is responsible for defining and executing the worldwide strategy for talent‑related spend categories. This senior position drives value capture, risk management and stakeholder experience across recruiting, talent retention and learning services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multi‑year global category strategy, roadmap and demand‑supply view aligned with corporate priorities.
- Design the supplier portfolio, segment suppliers (strategic, preferred, transactional) and lead strategic supplier relationship management.
- Partner with business unit leaders to translate objectives into sourcing priorities and govern category councils.
- Define and monitor value‑capture metrics, financial stewardship and performance beyond cost savings.
- Integrate third‑party risk considerations into category plans and oversee compliance with legal, privacy and TPRM requirements.
What we offer
- Salary range: $108,000 – $148,500 per year.
- Location: Austin, TX (onsite work environment).
