About the role

G42 Americas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for its AI and technology teams in Bellevue, Washington. The role will partner with senior leaders to design and execute hiring strategies across technology, finance, operations, marketing, and engineering functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to translate workforce strategy into actionable talent acquisition plans, using market intelligence and data.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end hiring strategies for complex and leadership talent pools, balancing business demand with talent market realities.
• Analyze market trends and talent supply to develop data‑driven workforce plans and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Develop and promote the employee value proposition to position G42 as an employer of choice and attract top‑tier AI talent.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience for executive and critical searches, acting as the primary ambassador throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, governance, and analytics to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, or a master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for AI, machine‑learning, or related technology roles.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions across global locations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics to shape strategy.
