Trainer Recruiter & Facilitator

About the role

NobleProg New York is expanding its US presence and seeks a Trainer Recruiter and Facilitator to attract and support new trainers. The role combines recruitment of freelance, part‑time and full‑time trainers with ensuring they have the resources to deliver high‑quality IT training.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new trainers with strong technical knowledge and presentation skills.
• Assist with onboarding, introduce company processes and help set up the training environment.
• Facilitate trainers’ delivery of courses, troubleshoot obstacles, and ensure they have necessary information.
• Proof‑read training materials and test the training environment.
• Contribute to improving automation and processes from the trainer’s perspective.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Well‑versed in emerging IT technologies.
• Background in recruitment or head‑hunter roles.
