Legal Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Epiq is seeking a Legal Recruiter to support US‑based document review and other legal staffing needs. The role is fully remote and works during standard United States business hours, partnering with recruiting leadership, review management, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for legal positions through multiple recruiting channels.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Support full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including onboarding and new‑hire coordination.
• Participate in recruitment events, networking opportunities, and talent‑pipeline development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1‑3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience, preferably in legal or professional‑services environments.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies.
• Preferred certifications: SHRM‑CP, PHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar.
