Summer Coordinator – Center on Poverty and Inequality

About the role
The Center on Poverty and Inequality at Georgetown Law seeks a Summer Coordinator to support administrative and communications functions during the busy summer period. This temporary position will help the center advance policy solutions that improve economic well‑being and promote racial and gender equity.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate events, convenings, meetings, webinars, interviews, travel, and related activities.
- Track, collect, and organize data on activities, outputs, and impact for fundraising, reporting, and communications.
- Develop internal and external communications materials and keep the website up‑to‑date.
- Assist with copy‑editing publications and support grant proposals, agreements, setup, and reporting.
Required profile
- Professional, academic, or lived experience with issues related to poverty, economic justice, racial and gender equity.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent writing and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace applications.
