Strategic Sourcing Consultant (Hybrid) – Denver, CO

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Consultant to build proactive pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs. The role blends advanced sourcing techniques with market intelligence to support hiring strategies for a variety of client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI‑enabled tools, networking, referrals and talent communities.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and strategic partners to define talent profiles and adjust sourcing strategies based on market conditions.
• Conduct labor market research, talent mapping, competitive intelligence and workforce analysis to inform hiring strategy, business development and client pursuits.
• Create recruitment marketing campaigns and talent attraction initiatives to engage candidates and grow long‑term talent communities.
• Monitor sourcing activity, pipeline health and recruiting metrics to continuously improve outcomes.
• Provide strategic recommendations and market insights to influence talent decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in strategic sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition or recruitment marketing.
• Proven ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to shape hiring strategy using market intelligence.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting sourcing metrics and market data.
