About the role

The Senior Recruiter will lead high‑volume technical hiring for IT, software engineering, robotics, and emerging technology roles. You will partner with hiring leaders to source, assess, and secure top technical talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for technical and IT positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent using creative sourcing strategies and recruiting technologies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and present qualified candidates.
• Provide recruiting updates, market intelligence, and hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in applicant tracking systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of IT/technical recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for specialized roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
