Senior Implementation Manager – RPO (Remote or Denver)

About the role

The Senior Implementation Manager – RPO leads end‑to‑end delivery of recruitment process outsourcing solutions for new and existing clients. You will partner with client stakeholders, internal centers of excellence and operations teams to design processes, enable technology and manage change. This role is part of a global team that thrives in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for the full RPO implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops and process‑mapping activities.
• Design and document future‑state processes, technology configurations and best practices.
• Lead or support change‑management, training and communication plans.
• Maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables and meeting cadence.
• Build strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders and ensure post‑launch stabilization.
• Identify risks, track issues and drive continuous‑improvement solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in RPO implementation, talent‑acquisition operations or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale, multi‑region or global programs.
• Strong client‑facing and consensus‑building skills.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to support global timelines and travel as needed.
• Agile, strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Process mapping and documentation.
• Change‑management methodologies.
• Recruiting ATS/technology platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCims, SuccessFactors and Oracle.
• Project‑management tools (SmartSheet preferred).
• Microsoft Office suite.
