About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support a large enterprise recruitment program focused on professional salaried positions. The role involves managing complex stakeholder relationships, leading intake meetings, and driving hiring outcomes in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 35‑40 open professional‑level requisitions.
• Lead intake meetings with HR partners and hiring managers to define recruiting strategies.
• Facilitate candidate calibration and data‑integration debrief meetings with multiple interviewers.
• Review interview feedback to ensure consistent, objective hiring decisions.
• Provide recruiting updates, market insights, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience for professional salaried roles.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume requisitions and complex recruiting processes.
• Strong client‑management and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Experience operating in a corporate or enterprise recruiting environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship‑building abilities.
