Recruiter – Education & Healthcare Staffing

About the role

We are looking for a driven Recruiter to source and place school‑based professionals such as therapists, psychologists, social workers and special‑education teachers. This remote role requires working New York business hours and strong English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via job boards, referrals, direct outreach and internal databases.
• Conduct screening calls, assess qualifications, preferences and compensation expectations.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future openings.
• Match candidates to school‑based opportunities and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Crelate and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Present offers, assist with compensation discussions and support onboarding.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting for education, healthcare, therapy or related professional staffing.
• Ability to work US (NY) business hours from a reliable home office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Indeed, Crelate or similar recruiting platforms.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.
• Social media management for talent acquisition.
