HR Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning talent strategies with business objectives and supporting organizational effectiveness across Northwest’s locations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop workforce plans, succession strategies and talent risk mitigation.
• Analyze workforce trends and talent metrics to recommend solutions that improve performance, engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and critical talent needs.
• Facilitate talent review processes and support leadership development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, team structure and change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent HR experience.
• 6‑8 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner in financial services or banking.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using HR‑specific software and data analysis tools.
