Strategic Finance Professional

About the role

Replit is seeking a Strategic Finance professional to support high‑impact strategic and operational initiatives across the business. You will partner directly with executive leadership and the Board to align financial strategies with ambitious growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to build financial models that drive decision‑making.
• Develop business cases and investment analyses for new product launches and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Support long‑range planning, forecasting, and headcount planning in collaboration with FP&A.
• Prepare quarterly board materials and conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist corporate development initiatives, including M&A, joint ventures, and investor relations activities.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, business operations, or strategic finance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Required skills

• Expert‑level financial modeling.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools.
• Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis.
