Stock Supervisor

About the role

TOTEME, a fashion house founded in 2014 that creates women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry, is looking for a full-time Stock Supervisor for its new store at South Coast Plaza in Los Angeles. The role manages back-of-house operations such as stockroom organization and inventory control, supports the store team on the shop floor, and reports directly to the Store Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels and keep the stockroom organized.
• Receive, process and organize incoming stock, and prepare and dispatch outgoing stock including transfers and returns.
• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth back-of-house functionality.
• Monitor and contribute to KPIs and business targets, and improve workflows to optimize store efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact between the store and cross-functional departments.
• Contribute to the brand's social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in stock management, ideally in the luxury sector.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented, with a calm, solution-focused approach.

What we offer

• Full-time position starting latest in mid-October.
• Pay of $27-$33 per hour USD before tax, set according to profile, skills and experience.
