About the role

Join Austin Retina Associates as an Ophthalmic Technician and provide compassionate eye‑care support at our South Austin and San Marcos clinics. No prior ophthalmic experience is required – we provide comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients during triage, gather medical histories and perform vision testing and imaging.
• Prepare exam rooms, document clinical notes, and support physicians during treatments and procedures.
• Travel between clinic locations as needed and help with scheduling and patient flow.

Required profile

• Dependable, eager to learn, and passionate about helping others.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
