Sr. Internal Controls & Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Sr. Internal Controls & Compliance Analyst supports the Logistics & Fulfillment Team by executing operational routines, maintaining documentation, and providing audit‑ready evidence. The role ensures logistics processes are controlled, compliant, and repeatable across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily/weekly/monthly logistics performance and controls routines, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, job aids, and control evidence repositories.
• Build and validate routine reports and KPI trackers, flag anomalies, and compile monthly/quarterly reporting packs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional requests, issue triage, and root‑cause analysis with Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Internal Audit, IT Security and third‑party partners.
• Administer system access reviews, support segregation of duties documentation, and assist with audit walkthroughs and SOX testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in logistics, supply chain, operations, internal controls or audit support.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Experience reviewing control evidence, identifying gaps and driving remediation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and Excel.
• Basic data analysis and reporting using ERP, WMS or TMS outputs.
• Familiarity with access review administration and control evidence management.
