Inventory Management & Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Inventory Management & Logistics Specialist to support our fast‑growing multi‑channel e‑commerce operations. You will own day‑to‑day inventory health across marketplaces and warehouses, coordinate shipments, forecast replenishment, reconcile data, and produce reports that drive operational planning.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time inventory across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify and third‑party warehouses; allocate and rebalance stock to prevent stockouts and overselling.
• Plan, create, and track inbound shipments to Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS, handling box content, labeling, pallet configuration and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound movements with suppliers, 3PLs and fulfillment centers, ensuring on‑time dispatch within marketplace SLAs.
• Calculate reorder points, safety stock and days‑of‑cover using sell‑through rates, seasonality and supplier lead times; recommend replenishment to avoid excess inventory and storage fees.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment delays and receiving errors; manage reimbursement and claim cases with marketplaces and carriers.
• Analyze sales, inventory and shipment data, build weekly performance dashboards and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas and large‑dataset analysis.
• Hands‑on experience creating and managing Amazon FBA inbound shipments and handling inventory reconciliation and reimbursement claims.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment with overlap of U.S. business hours.
