Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator at AT&T ensures efficient logistics operations across wireless, wireline and business domains. You will manage inventory, support technicians and vendors, and drive supply‑chain savings while upholding the AT&T Guarantee.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and equipment delivery support for high‑profile AT&T technicians and vendors.
• Develop purchase orders, receive equipment, and manage inventory across multiple locations.
• Optimize supply‑chain processes, reduce costs and prevent inventory loss.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure on‑time delivery and reliability.
• Conduct special projects that require research, analysis and innovation.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience or a similar coordinator role.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to become forklift certified and lift up to 70 lb.
• Ability to travel out‑of‑town for up to 2 consecutive days when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using mobile devices (iPhone, iPad) and internal inventory management systems.
• Data‑driven analysis for inventory and logistics reporting.
