Supply Supervisor

About the role

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career‑oriented Supply Supervisor to join its vehicle sustainment team in North Charleston, South Carolina. The role provides logistics support for multiple vehicle families worldwide under the ALECS program.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee logistics staff and manage all staff assigned to specific jobs, providing guidance to senior logisticians and supply clerks.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate logistics operations, formulate policies, and manage daily operations and resource use.
• Handle inventory, requisition supplies, maintain stock, and manage packing, shipping, receiving, and transportation of parts and equipment.
• Maintain work order documentation for component acquisition and operate material handling equipment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of qualified experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 12+ years with an associate degree, or 14+ years of experience alone.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb, work in high‑noise areas, and perform various manual tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and material handling equipment.
