About the role
The Integrated Business Planning and Execution (IBP&E) team is offering an internship that provides training, project work, and rotational experiences across the beer supply chain. You will support various planning and execution initiatives while gaining exposure to demand planning, network supply planning, new product introduction, S&OP, and customer management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the IBP&E team on process improvement projects and digital transformation activities.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for planning functions.
- Support day‑to‑day tasks in demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes.
Required profile
- Completed junior year of a bachelor’s program with expected graduation in 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or Logistics with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 21 years of age and able to work onsite in Chicago.
Required skills
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
