Logistics & Fulfillment Intern

About the role

The Operations Intern, Logistics will support Global Logistics operations, helping coordinate routines, analyze performance, maintain documentation, and assist cross‑functional teams across replenishment, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and customer management.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily and weekly logistics operating routines, preparing agendas, pre‑reads, action logs, and tracking follow‑ups.
• Monitor execution against plan by reviewing shipment status, inventory signals, carrier updates and documenting issues.
• Build and maintain routine reporting on service levels, fill rate, on‑time performance, inventory health, transportation cost and working capital visibility.
• Assist in creating and updating standard work, SOPs, process maps, escalation paths and training materials.
• Partner with Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, carriers and third‑party logistics providers to align execution and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Junior year of a bachelor’s degree program (or equivalent) with expected graduation aligned to internship dates.
• Major or coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and at least 21 years of age.

Required skills

• Strong analytical ability with experience using spreadsheets and business intelligence tools to organize data and identify trends.
• Comfortable learning logistics systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) and KPI definitions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for summarizing facts and building clear narratives.
