About the role

The Sr. Banking Center Relationship Banker 2 provides services to Banking Center customers, supporting sales, service, and operational goals while processing financial transactions in compliance with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Support branch sales, retention, and growth initiatives to meet profitability targets.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and bank regulations and meet audit requirements.
• Coach and supervise fellow relationship bankers, acting as a role model and assisting with onboarding.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service and needs‑based banking sales experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, services, and transaction processing systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and extended hours.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
