Solutions Consultant

About the role

The Solutions Consultant advises customers, solves complex invoice‑to‑cash challenges and supports sales teams to close new business. Using AI tools, you will create configured demos and proposals, focusing on business and technical conversations that build confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver configured demonstrations that exceed prospect expectations.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions and prepare statements of work for Professional Services.
• Collaborate with sales to develop compelling presentations and respond to information requests.
• Support partner channels and assist marketing with seminars and demos.

Required profile

• 4+ years in Credit/Collections or Accounts Receivable, or 3+ years in SaaS pre‑sales/consulting.
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools into workflow for faster demo and proposal creation.
• Strong communication skills to convey value of complex SaaS solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
