About the role

The Relationship Banker I role provides services for Banking Center customers, supporting sales, service, and operational goals while processing financial transactions in compliance with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Evaluate client needs and offer appropriate financial products through needs‑based conversations.
• Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and growth initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and bank regulations and meet audit requirements.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3‑4 years of customer service and needs‑based banking sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible/rotating schedule, including weekends and extended hours.
• Self‑starter, highly motivated, and able to work collaboratively.
