Solutions Engineer (Remote, US)

About the role

Eve builds AI-powered legal technology for plaintiff law firms, helping them handle more cases and recover more for clients. As a remote Solutions Engineer, you will work with the Sales and Success teams to design tailored solutions, run pilots and act as a trusted advisor to law firms. The role is open to US candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Solution design: collaborate with Sales and Success to understand customer needs and design solutions that drive desired outcomes.
• Pilot strategy and execution: co-own product and technical evaluations with sales, define scope, environments, dependencies, success criteria and execution plans that move pilots to production.
• Technical liaison: turn customer workflows into scalable integration designs, define data mappings and API strategies with IT and engineering, and validate technical readiness.
• Feedback loop: capture technical requirements, uncover edge cases, shape roadmap priorities and influence the evolution of Eve's architecture.
• Enterprise readiness: guide customers through enterprise reviews, security questionnaires, data governance evaluations and compliance alignment.
• Trusted advisor: consult with legal operations, IT admins and firm executives on adoption strategy, AI safety, governance and expansion.

Required profile

• Experience in technical discovery, pilots and evaluations that drive deal success.
• Clear, concise communication, connecting technical design to measurable business value.
• Structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product and engineering.
• Preferred: 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture in SaaS, ideally with complex B2B integrations, and experience in high-growth startups.
• Preferred: knowledge of legal tech, AI or enterprise data environments.
