Vacation Rental Advisor (Inside Sales)

About the role

Evolve is a vacation rental company looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in a quota-driven, consultative sales environment. Leads come to the company, so there is no prospecting: the advisor sells prospective owners on becoming an Evolve Partner by listing their property through the network. The role suits someone eager to learn about the vacation rental business and help build a trusted hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify a pipeline of marketing-generated leads and provide a consultative, end-to-end selling experience for homeowners from warm, inbound inquiries.
• Hit or exceed daily, weekly and monthly productivity targets, averaging 30-50 contacts per day.
• Guide homeowners toward choosing Evolve, manage an active sales pipeline and handle objections so owners understand the value, services and policies.
• Manage sales activities in the CRM (Salesforce) and the sales engagement tool (Salesloft).
• Take part in regular training and collaborate with peers to improve sales strategy and performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of inside sales experience; phone-based selling success is a plus.
• Able to manage a sales pipeline and drive lead conversion.
• Adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, goal-oriented and competitive.
• Available Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work Mountain Standard Time Zone.
• Must live in an approved location by the first day; hires from anywhere in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii, with some state restrictions.

What we offer

• Base pay of $55,000 annually (40-hour week) plus an uncapped monthly commission, with on-target earnings of $118,000.
