Sales Closer & Operations Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

USA Doors Repair, a door and window company serving Miami-Dade and Broward, is looking for an experienced sales professional to work directly with the owner and act as a right-hand role. The main goal is to turn more estimates into closed jobs and grow revenue. The position is independent contractor, 100% remote, with availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Miami time.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on open estimates and negotiate and close deals by phone, text and WhatsApp
• Respond to and qualify new leads quickly, re-engage past leads and open new commercial accounts
• Prepare estimates, place and track orders, and schedule clients and technicians
• Track deposits, balances and customer issues
• Use AI to improve follow-up, communication and daily processes

Required profile

• Native or near-native Spanish and fluent professional English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in phone sales, closing or account management
• Strong follow-up, negotiation and organization skills
• Hands-on experience using AI tools at work
• Ownership: makes decisions within company guidelines and communicates honestly
• Nice to have: Portuguese, GoHighLevel, Workiz or another CRM, home services, construction or field service experience

What we offer

• US$750 per month base plus commission, with an expected total of US$1,100 to 2,000+ per month
