About the role

Big League Talent Co. is a US recruiting firm placing people with luxury custom home builders, architects and design firms. It is looking for a driven, phone-loving sales rep to work remotely, calling business owners and hiring leaders across the US.

Key responsibilities

Call business owners and hiring leaders across the US all day
Start real conversations, handle objections and book meetings
Track calls and follow-ups in the company's CRM

Required profile

Near-native English; sounds confident and natural with American business owners
At least 1-2 years of outbound sales or cold calling (B2B is a plus)
Competitive, wants to be a peak performer
Available US hours, 9 AM-6 PM Eastern, Monday-Friday

Steady monthly base of $1,000-$1,500 plus uncapped commission
