Software Engineering Intern – Build AI‑Powered Sales Tools

About the role

Rilla is building the leading sales coaching platform for offline sales teams and needs an intern to help architect and ship full‑stack features at lightning speed. You will work on end‑to‑end workflows, take them to production, and solve real‑world problems at massive scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship end‑to‑end product features across the stack.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to iterate quickly and maintain high code quality.
• Participate in customer visits and gather feedback to shape product decisions.

Required profile

• Strong coding skills in languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, or Rust.
• Experience or interest in startup environments and fast‑paced development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a willingness to receive rapid feedback.
