About the role
RWA.xyz is building the leading data platform for tokenized assets, serving top financial institutions. As a Software Engineer on the Data Platform team, you will help build core data systems that power real‑time settlement of financial assets.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement core data pipelines and APIs.
- Collaborate with product engineers to ship new features.
- Improve development lifecycle and team productivity.
- Contribute to other business areas such as product, growth, recruiting, and fundraising.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience building data systems.
- Strong ownership, craftsmanship, and communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under uncertainty.
Required skills
- Experience with Spark, Beam, or Flink.
- Relational database schema design.
- Cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
What we offer
- Salary $175k‑225k per year.
- 0.5%‑1% equity.
