Staff Software Engineer

About the role

Rilla is building AI-powered sales coaching software to index offline conversations. As a Staff Software Engineer you will design and ship end‑to‑end features across the stack, moving quickly from prototype to production.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement full‑stack workflows using React, React Native, Typescript, and Python.
• Maintain and evolve core infrastructure with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Terraform, and Spacelift.
• Set coding standards and mentor engineers to foster a world‑class engineering culture.
• Collaborate closely with customers to solve real‑world problems at massive scale.

Required profile

• Strong coding skills in languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, or Rust.
• Experience building systems in fast‑moving start‑ups.
• Familiarity with storage, data processing, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a bias toward rapid iteration.
