About the role
Rilla is building AI‑powered sales coaching software that indexes real‑world conversations. As a Software Engineer for new graduates, you will join a fast‑moving, in‑office team in NYC, building end‑to‑end workflows and shipping features across the stack.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features using React, React Native, Typescript and Python.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create scalable workflows and bring them to production.
- Contribute to code quality standards and help shape engineering culture as the company scales.
Required profile
- Strong coding skills in languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, or Rust.
- Passion for learning, customer obsession, and willingness to take risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to iterate quickly with teammates.
