Software Engineer

About the role

Rilla is building AI‑powered sales coaching software that captures and indexes real‑world conversations. As a Software Engineer you will design, develop, and ship end‑to‑end features across the stack, helping billions of offline interactions become searchable data.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement full‑stack features using React, React Native, Typescript, and Python.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, storage, and processing systems on cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product and customer teams to iterate quickly and ship production‑ready workflows.

Required profile

• Strong coding skills in languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, or Rust.
• Experience working in fast‑paced startup environments and handling large‑scale systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to incorporate rapid feedback.
