Service Technician – Broadstone Ascend

About the role

The Service Technician for Broadstone Ascend is responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing them in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating necessary maintenance work.
• Schedule and liaise with vendors and contractors as needed to address maintenance issues and obtain required permits.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose building system issues and perform repairs according to established procedures.
• Familiarity with safety standards and local code requirements.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders and coordinate maintenance activities.
