Project Manager – Industrial Electrical Construction

About the role

The company is a nationally established electrical contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial electrical construction projects in Phoenix.

Key responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from pre‑construction through completion, maintaining schedules, budgets and cost controls.
• Coordinate with superintendents, field teams, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors to achieve project milestones.
• Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, billing, change orders and profitability.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts and project documentation, and manage RFIs, submittals and change orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electrical contracting and managing commercial/industrial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, contracts and change‑order processes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and construction documents.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills in a fast‑paced construction environment.
