Operations Coordinator

About the role

Soundview Landscape Irrigation is seeking a highly organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to serve as the central communication hub between clients, field crews, and leadership for its Seattle‑area operations. This fully remote role (within a one‑hour drive of Kenmore, WA) supports daily operations and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Manage high‑volume phone and email communication, schedule service appointments, and coordinate technician calendars.
• Dispatch crews, update schedules throughout the day, and maintain work orders.
• Track project and service status to ensure timely completion and proactively inform customers of updates.
• Support administrative functions such as data entry, document management, and reporting.
• Identify inefficiencies and help develop new processes, workflows, and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in administrative, office coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or customer service.
• Experience in service‑based industries (landscaping, irrigation, construction, HVAC, etc.) preferred.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using business software systems for scheduling and dispatch.
