Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Crystalia Glass is seeking a Project Manager to own client projects from contract through installation. This remote, client‑facing position bridges construction, customer experience, coordination and execution for residential and commercial glazing projects across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle: contract, pre‑payment, engineering, production, logistics, delivery and installation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. B2C and B2B clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations and handling escalations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, sales, scheduling, production, supply chain, logistics and installation—to keep information flowing and blockers resolved.
• Maintain visibility of a high‑volume portfolio (100‑150+ active projects) using ClickUp, HubSpot and internal collaboration tools.

Required profile

• Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, building materials, glass and glazing or a closely related technical field.
• Relevant education (engineering, construction, architecture) or strong hands‑on professional experience in a similar industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and resolve issues in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ClickUp and HubSpot (CRM/project‑management tools).
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
