About the role
Taco Bell is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Sun City, AZ as Service Champions. You will deliver fast, fun, and friendly service while learning the fundamentals of restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders, process sales, handle cash and make change.
- Prepare menu items, maintain product quality, and monitor service equipment.
- Keep the work area clean and safe according to Labor Board, OSHA, and company standards.
- Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels.
- Address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
Required profile
- At least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn, team‑player attitude, and commitment to customer service.
