About the role

Taco Bell is hiring a Shift Manager (listed as Shift Lead) in Orlando, FL, to lead shifts with energy and passion and uphold the brand's high standards. Key responsibilities

• Run the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritize customer needs
• Oversee completion of Shift Excellence tasks and keep the team clean and neat
• Ensure food safety, order quality and accuracy
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and give regular, constructive feedback to Team Members
• Train Team Members, handle conflicts constructively and help the GM resolve them
• Assist the GM in screening candidates, profit and loss management, cash control, security, inventory and labor
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times
• Help with facility maintenance and health and safety standards

Required profile

• At least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience; 3 months of shift lead experience preferred
• At least 18 years old, with dependable transportation and punctual attendance
• Excellent communication, management, leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and operate a cash register and make change
• Adherence to cash, security, inventory and labor policies
