About the role
Join the Taco Bell team in Sun City, AZ as a Food Champion, delivering fast, fun, and friendly service to customers. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a high‑energy restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers: take orders, process sales, handle cash, and resolve issues.
- Prepare menu items, maintain product quality, and monitor service equipment.
- Keep the work area clean and safe, following Labor Board, OSHA, and company standards.
- Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels as needed.
Required profile
- At least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and move items across the work area.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.
- Enthusiastic, team‑oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction.
