About the role

Render is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to shape its engineering hiring engine, attract top-tier talent, and support rapid growth of its AI-native cloud platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of business, culture, and hiring needs to provide strategic recruitment support.
• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring an inclusive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate requirements, and structured interview processes.
• Act as trusted advisor, offering data‑driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
• Manage executive relationships and develop proactive hiring solutions aligned with business goals.
• Own sourcing strategies for passive engineering talent pipelines.
• Mentor hiring teams on interviewing best practices and decision‑making.
• Design and optimize recruitment programs for efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience, especially for engineering roles in high‑growth tech companies.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making and ability to solve complex hiring challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and manage competing priorities.
