Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

BDA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead sourcing, screening, and hiring for a variety of corporate and operational positions. The role focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Create recruitment plans aligned with operational and sales forecasts.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives and pipeline building.
• Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes to ensure a seamless candidate journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define staffing needs and selection criteria.
• Utilize ATS reporting tools to track metrics such as time to fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field with 5‑7 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and partner across departments.
• Self‑motivated, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse is a plus.

• Base salary range $105,000‑$115,000 USD per year.
