Global Benefits Manager (Contract)

About the role

The Global Benefits Manager will design, govern, and continuously improve BeyondTrust's worldwide benefits programs. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, this role ensures benefits support employee well‑being, talent attraction, retention, and business goals across all operating countries.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the global benefits strategy and lead implementation, administration, and enhancement of benefit programs.
• Manage open enrollment planning and rollout for the US, Canada, UK and other regions, including carrier selection, communication, and data auditing.
• Ensure compliance with country‑specific statutory benefits requirements and regulations.
• Analyze utilization, participation, and cost trends to recommend program improvements.
• Develop executive‑level reporting and dashboards to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, vendors, and external partners, and oversee contracts and plan documents.
• Oversee leave programs, COBRA, wellness initiatives, and other ancillary benefits.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of benefits professionals, setting goals and driving operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or associate degree with extensive experience) and 5‑7 years progressive benefits experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading benefits teams in multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of health benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and relevant regulations in multiple countries.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably UKG Pro.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
