Senior HR Business Partner – Sales

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR partnership to the Sales organization, advising leaders on people strategy, performance management and employee development while ensuring alignment with BDA’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary HR contact for employees and managers, building strong business relationships.
• Partner with sales leaders to optimize people strategy, structure, processes and culture.
• Drive leadership development, coaching, performance management and talent reviews.
• Provide counsel on disciplinary actions, employee relations investigations and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with L&D, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and other HR functions to deliver a consistent employee experience.
• Use people data and workforce insights to identify trends and recommend actions to improve engagement and retention.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of full‑time HR Business Partner experience in a sales environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices and HR compliance.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and balance employee and business needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across all levels.
