Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with job, program, or unemployment applicants to gather necessary information.
• Develop and deliver workshops on job readiness and current job‑search techniques.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local employers to create job opportunities for clients.
• Evaluate applications for program eligibility and provide career counseling.
• Refer clients to additional services such as counseling, literacy instruction, transportation assistance, and childcare.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED plus two years of related experience, or an associate’s degree.
• Preferred: undergraduate degree, knowledge of DOL regulations, and experience with federally funded re‑employment programs.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience.
