Benefits Manager

About the role

BDA is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to work alongside the Director of Global Compensation and Benefits. The role involves building, administering, and maintaining employee benefits programs both domestically and internationally in a fast‑paced, confidential environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily benefits operations, coordinating with payroll across multiple U.S. sites and internationally.
• Evaluate, modify, and develop benefits programs, policies, and procedures to ensure equity and compliance with legislation.
• Negotiate with third‑party providers, resolve benefit‑related issues, and support HR team training.
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate time‑off and benefits tracking and reporting.
• Maintain positive internal and external relationships while acting as both tactical executor and strategic thought leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing employee benefits.
• Relevant certifications such as CEBS or SHRM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of benefits legislation and policy compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project‑management abilities.
