Senior HR Business Partner – Support Services

About the role

BDA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support its fast‑growing operations teams in Woodinville, WA. The role blends strategic partnership with hands‑on HR delivery, helping leaders build organizations that achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across the US, providing strategic and hands‑on support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, performance management and change leadership.
• Lead complex employee‑relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, absence management and exits.
• Partner with Legal and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment requirements and company policies.
• Use people data and workforce insights to identify trends, recommend actions and improve engagement, retention and organizational effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of full‑time HR Business Partner experience supporting large, fast‑paced teams.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, consultation requirements and HR compliance.
• Proven ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders, influence decisions and balance employee and business needs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship‑building skills across functions and cultures.
• Fluency in English and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with Workday (desired).
• Digital literacy and strong analytical abilities to work with people data.
