In-House Recruiter - US Telecom Market (English / Spanish)

About the role

Koscom Networks, an authorized contractor operating across 25+ US states and providing technical staffing for major telecom and media companies, is looking for an in-house recruiter to join its HR team. You will source, screen and hire cable technicians across the United States, supporting a network of 300+ contractors. The position is remote, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM New York time, with a salary of up to $1,200 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and pre-screening candidates for open positions across the US market
• Using Facebook, job boards, professional platforms and other channels to find candidates
• Conducting 20+ candidate interviews and outreach conversations per day
• Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinating job offers and supporting onboarding
• Maintaining accurate candidate records in the CRM system
• Preparing recruitment reports for the Recruitment Team Lead
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to fill positions efficiently
• Suggesting improvements to recruitment processes and the candidate experience

Required profile

• At least 1 year of recruitment and sales experience
• Previous experience recruiting for the US market
• English and Spanish at B2 level or higher
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM New York time
• Nice to have: experience in telecommunications, networking, VoIP or ISP, and experience recruiting technical professionals
