Senior Study Manager, Immunology

About the role

This role leads the operational planning and execution of clinical trials within the Immunology therapeutic area. You will work as part of a global, cross‑functional team, applying project management, communication and collaboration skills to drive study success.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, feasibility assess and execute one or more clinical trials, potentially serving as the trial team lead.
• Lead study planning elements such as data management deliverables, timelines, site selection, investigator meetings and status reporting.
• Manage timeline, risk identification, mitigation and issue resolution across the study.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and country teams, to achieve study objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s with 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical clinical development, project management or related medical fields.
• Experience conducting global clinical trials from initiation through database lock, preferably in immunology or autoimmune disorders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities in a matrix environment.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
